Virgo is organized, analytical, and obsessive to perfection. They are finicky about everything around them - which should either be perfect, or cease to exist.
Virgos pretend to be pleasers, and fake friendship - for they always find a fault with everybody. But they are happy to be in the background. They prefer their roles as right-hand persons - secretarial, or even doormats with little self-respect or self-worth. They are content with their uptight self, and knowledge that they control others by providing the perfect environment at home and office. They are a freak, when it comes to cleanliness and neatness - which makes it easy for people to hate and laugh at them. They are often viewed as psychopaths, and hardly appreciated for their efforts - which they care not, and would be rather happy to stay out of focus.

Angering Virgo requires messing with their minds. Do things haphazardly, at least not the way they expect things to happen. Switch around furnitures and other items, without a care of plan or how disorganized they look - to watch the compulsion begin to build.
The Virgo is a perfectionist, and invests great amount of effort to organize every little thing. Pointing flaws in a project that they are working on, and showing dissatisfaction on their presentations would surely get you under their skin.
Virgo's cold revenge
Virgos possess a great deal of patience and self-control, and they are not easily angered. But there are small mind-games that can trigger their ferocious temper, which they can hardly control and mostly end up hurting themselves. Once they show their vengeful colours, there is nothing likable about them.
In general, the Virgo will avenge their wrongs - but seldom exact a revenge immediately, or even in the near future. For them, the "revenge is a dish that is best served cold". The Virgo never forgets, and will retaliate in unimaginable ways which will happen all too sudden - that too, when their adversary had assumed to be long forgiven and forgotten. When rubbed the wrong way, the Virgo will take all the time to enact a spectacular revenge, which will be silent but impressive - leaving their adversary in a pathetic condition.
The Virgo is given very little importance or attention, and when they exact a revenge (which is seldom too verbally hot or violent) - it hurts deep, simply because they are not expected to deliver a revengeful act. They may also deal their adversary with complete indifference, as if they have ceased to exist. That can be very hurting for people who depend on them.
On the other hand, the Virgo is mostly misunderstood and their perfectionist nature is seen as finicky. If you have unwittingly hurt a Virgo, you best chance is a long written apology. Beware, no gifts or flowers, please. Gifts will probably be returned, with nasty analysis of your pathetic self. Only with a long letter or email of apology admitting your complete dependency on them, and your realization that they have always been right (as you have always been wrong) will you be able to redeem yourself.

In general, any attempt to challenge their basic Virgoan traits, will anger or irritate them. For example: touching or moving their things, interrupting them, being stuck up, making them feel unappreciated, looking through their things without asking, giving them advice they didn't ask for, etc. |

For Virgo, actions count more than words - much more. Arranging or cleaning their office or room would definitely be appreciated. However, most of their mess are intended 'organized mess', and you should apply caution in moving their things. Alternatively, You can shop for some organic food, and cook the Virgo a hearty dish - garnished and served with brilliance, and you have already made their day. Follow it up with finding a few breathing exercises (maybe, on the Internet) that helps in calming bad temper.
