The Sun, being the most dominant of "planets", forms the core character of any individual. All the above traits and notes are based on the Sun (the Sun enter Libra around 23rd September and stays till around 22nd October - is the basis of this Zodiac sign: Libra) and, including the above "finishing touches" with the Decanates, provide the general "backdrop" of every Libra.
